Evolve's flagship, built in forged carbon

The Diablo Carbon is the top of Evolve's lineup: dual 3500W motors, a long-range 864Wh battery and a forged carbon fiber deck. It's built for riders who want maximum power and distance without giving up a precise, connected feel.

✓ 7000W combined output for steep climbs
✓ Up to 50 miles of estimated range on street wheels
✓ EFOC 2.0 control for smooth power and braking
✓ Rated for riders up to 265 lb

Pavement or trail, set it up your way

The street build rolls on 97mm urethane wheels for the most range and the smoothest ride on pavement, with up to 50 miles estimated. The all-terrain build runs 7" pneumatic tires for gravel, grass and broken roads, with up to 31 miles estimated.

✓ Street: 97mm wheels, up to 50 mi est.
✓ All-terrain: 7" pneumatic tires, up to 31 mi est.
✓ Same motors, battery and trucks on both builds

A forged carbon deck that's light and stiff

The Diablo Carbon is built on a forged carbon fiber deck that keeps weight down to 28.9 lb in street trim. The stiff platform turns every input into instant response, which is ideal at speed and in sharp carves.

Dual 3500W motors that pull hard on any hill

Two 6374 brushless motors, each rated at 3500W, give the Diablo 7000W of combined output. That means strong acceleration from a standstill and confident climbing, even with a heavier rider or a loaded backpack.

An 864Wh Samsung 50S battery built for distance

The 12S4P pack uses Samsung 50S cells for 864Wh of capacity, good for up to 50 miles of estimated range on street wheels. A full charge takes about 4 hours.

EFOC 2.0 control and SuperCarve 2 trucks

Evolve's EFOC 2.0 controller delivers smooth, precise throttle and regenerative braking through the Phaze remote. Forged, CNC-machined SuperCarve 2 trucks keep the board planted at speed and responsive in tight carves.

FAQ

What's the difference between the ST and AT versions?

ST is the street build, with 97mm urethane wheels and up to 50 miles of estimated range. AT is the all-terrain build, with 7" pneumatic tires for rough surfaces and up to 31 miles of estimated range. It weighs 31.6 lb versus 28.9 lb for the street build. The deck, motors and battery are the same.

How far can the Diablo Carbon go on a charge?

Evolve estimates up to 50 miles on street wheels and up to 31 miles on all-terrain tires, from the 864Wh Samsung 50S battery. Actual range depends on rider weight, hills, temperature and riding mode.

How long does it take to charge?

About 4 hours from empty. The Diablo uses the same charge port as Evolve's Stoke X and Fusion. Use a genuine Evolve charger matched to your board.

Is the Diablo good for heavier riders?

Yes. Evolve rates the Diablo Series for riders up to 265 lb (120 kg), higher than the 220 lb limit on most Evolve boards. The 7000W combined motor output and big battery also help with hills and acceleration under load.

Is there anything I should know about power limits?

The EFOC 2.0 controller lets the motors draw peak current for about 7–8 seconds at a time, then the remote steps back to Sport mode until you release the trigger. It also reduces power if the motors or battery run hot, which protects the electronics on long climbs. We carry Evolve and service it in-house, so tune-ups, wheel swaps and repairs are handled by our own service center.

How fast does it ship, and can I pick it up in person?

Evolve boards ship in 4–5 business days. You can also pick up at our NYC showroom at 651 W 27th St (Terminal Warehouse, Chelsea), open 7 days, 11AM–6PM. In-store pickups are assembled and safety-checked by our service team before handoff.
