Bring someone along

The MG Doble's tandem bench seat lets you ride solo or carry a passenger. Its 749W cargo-geared motor is built to move two riders, not just one. Total weight capacity is 325 lbs.

✓ Tandem bench seat for 2 riders
✓ 325 lbs max weight capacity
✓ 749W cargo-geared rear hub motor
✓ Twist-grip throttle

Light enough to rack, fold, and store

At 52 lbs, the Doble is light enough to lift onto a bike rack. It folds flat for storage when you get home. More than 10 attach points let you set it up for errands, beach days, or camping trips.

✓ 52 lbs total weight
✓ Folds flat for storage
✓ 10+ accessory attach points
✓ Front and rear fenders

Mullet wheels with fat street tires

A 24-inch front and 20-inch rear wheel, both on 3-inch street tires, keep the Doble stable with a passenger aboard. The larger front wheel rolls over rough pavement and curbs with less fuss.

Hydraulic brakes, both ends

Two-piston hydraulic disc brakes front and rear give strong, low-effort stops. When you're carrying a second rider, that extra stopping power counts.

Lights and a color display, built in

A dual LED headlight plus front and rear lights come pre-installed. The color screen shows speed, distance, battery, mode, and light status, with auto shut-off.

Big battery, simple charging

The 36V 20Ah 720Wh lithium-ion battery is rated for an estimated 48+ miles and recharges in about 5 hours. Charge through the frame or remove the battery to charge indoors.

FAQ

How far can the MG Doble go on a charge?

JackRabbit estimates 48+ miles from the 720Wh battery. Carrying a passenger, climbing hills, riding in HIGH mode, and cold weather all shorten it, so expect noticeably less when riding two-up.

How long does the MG Doble take to charge?

About 5 hours from empty with the included 42V 4A charger. You can charge through the frame or remove the battery and charge it indoors.

How much weight can the MG Doble carry with two riders?

The 325 lb limit covers the combined weight of both riders plus any cargo. Rider heights from 4'9" to 6'8" fit, and JackRabbit recommends riders be 18 or older.

Is there a single-rider version?

Yes, the MG Renegade shares the same 749W cargo-geared motor and 720Wh battery but has a single seat. It also weighs less, at 44 lbs versus 52.

Can you service the MG Doble after I buy it?

Yes. JackRabbit is one of the brands we carry, and our in-house service center works on what we sell, from tune-ups and tire swaps to battery and electrical diagnostics. Bring your MG Doble to our NYC showroom at 651 W 27th St in Chelsea, open 7 days, 11AM–6PM.

How fast does the MG Doble ship, and can I pick it up instead?
