Mechanical disc brakes sit on both wheels, with a 180mm rotor up front and 160mm in the back. The larger front rotor gives the XG Pro more stopping power to match its motor.

FAQ

How far can the XG Pro go on a charge?

JackRabbit estimates 48+ miles from the XG Pro's 720Wh battery setup. Rider weight, speed mode, hills, and cold weather all affect actual range, so treat it as a best-case figure.

How long does the XG Pro take to charge?

About 5 hours from empty with the included 42V 4A charger. You can charge through the frame or remove the battery and charge it indoors.

Can I fly with the XG Pro?

Not with the stock battery setup. JackRabbit says the RangeBuster battery can't go on commercial flights, so you'll need its Travel Battery, sold separately. The bike itself folds to 51 x 7 x 31 inches.

Who is the XG Pro sized for?

Riders from 4'9" to 6'6" and up to 275 lbs. JackRabbit recommends riders be 18 or older. At 37 lbs, it's still light enough for most adults to carry folded.

Can you service the XG Pro after I buy it?

Yes. JackRabbit is one of the brands we carry, and our in-house service center works on what we sell, from tune-ups and tire swaps to battery and electrical diagnostics. Bring your XG Pro to our NYC showroom at 651 W 27th St in Chelsea, open 7 days, 11AM–6PM.

How fast does the XG Pro ship, and can I pick it up instead?

Vehicle orders ship in 3–5 business days. JackRabbit ships the XG Pro fully assembled, with a charger. If you pick up in store, our service team assembles and safety-checks it before handoff, and you can pay with Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal at checkout.
