The front fork lower kit is the lower triple clamp assembly for the Segway Xyber. It clamps the lower section of the front fork legs and ties them into the steering assembly, holding fork alignment and steering geometry under load. This is a genuine Segway OEM component, not an aftermarket equivalent.
Common reasons to replace it: impact or drop damage, a bent or cracked clamp after a hard front-end hit, or during a full front fork rebuild where the lower clamp is being replaced alongside the fork legs or upper triple clamp.
Compatibility

Installation
The lower triple clamp is a load-bearing steering component. Replacement requires disassembly of the front end and correct torque on reassembly, so we recommend having it installed by a qualified technician rather than fitting it at home. Our service centers handle Xyber front-end work, and you can book a service appointment or bring the bike in for an assessment if you're not certain the clamp is the failed component.
