SHIPPING
- Orders will be processed and sent out the next business day. Shipping times are typically 5-7 business days. Due to weight and size limitations of the vehicle they have to be sent with a freight company not a traditional carrier.
WARRANTY
- All new Lyric Cycles electric bikes include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty for the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
WHAT’S COVERED
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Warranty valid for 1 year from the date of delivery
- Applies only to the original owner and non-transferable
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
- Water damage or modification of electronic components
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function (minor scuffs, paint blemishes, etc.)
