OEM replacement thumb throttle for the original JackRabbit OG (version 1.1), with a built-in battery level indicator. Replace it if the throttle sticks, cuts out, or won't return, the indicator lights have stopped working, or the housing is cracked from a drop.

OG 1.1 only. Not compatible with the OG2, OG2 Pro, XG, XG Pro, or MG series. The OG2 Pro, XG, and XG Pro use the Display Throttle. Not sure which OG version you have? Our service team can identify it for you.
What it does: the thumb lever controls motor power, and the indicator panel on top shows battery level at a glance. The throttle connects to the controller with a single plug-in cable.
Throttle or controller? A dead throttle and a failing controller can look the same from the saddle. If you're not sure which part has failed, our service team can test both before you buy. If the controller is the problem, see the OG 1.1 Motor Controller.
Installation: Replacing the throttle means removing the grip to slide the unit onto the handlebar and plugging it into the controller cable. It's a manageable job with basic tools, and our service team can install it at our NYC showroom.
