OEM controller for the Segway F3 and F3 Pro. This is the same control unit fitted from the factory — the module that manages power delivery from the battery to the motor, interprets throttle and brake input, and coordinates the dashboard, lighting, and battery management system.
Common replacement when the scooter won't power on at all, cuts out under acceleration, loses throttle response while the display stays lit, or throws persistent error codes that survive a reset. Also the right call after water intrusion, since the controller sits in the deck where moisture collects.
Because the controller talks to nearly every other system, its failure symptoms overlap with several cheaper parts. A dead scooter can equally be a failed charger, a bad stem communication cable, or a battery fault, and a throttle dropout can be the combination switch. It's worth having the scooter diagnosed before buying a controller — our techs can isolate it in a single visit and save you the cost if it turns out to be something else.
